The app may request access to the device camera.

The camera is used only for:

• scanning QR codes
• reading equipment QR labels for equipment lookup and related staff workflow actions
• taking a photo to attach to a IT ticket when staff choose to document a display error, damaged part, broken accessory, label, alarm, or similar operational issue

The app does not use the camera for:

• taking photos for public sharing
• recording video
• background surveillance
• unrelated data collection

3. Information Used by the App

The app may process operational information necessary for staff use, such as:

• staff login information
• equipment identifiers
• QR scan results
• IT ticket information entered by authorized users
• IT ticket evidence images or photos attached by authorized users
• work order or equipment-related operational data available to the signed-in staff user

This information is used only for the intended operational purpose of the AL WATTAN IT IMMS system.

Information accessed or submitted through the app is used to:

• authenticate authorized staff access
• display equipment and operational records
• support biomedical engineering workflows

Where supported, users may still upload an existing image file for a IT ticket instead of taking a new picture.

If a user no longer wishes to use the app, they may stop using it and contact the organization if account access changes are required.
